Sous Chef – Hotel – High end Restaurant concept
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to take on this exciting opportunity for a hotel in central bath. The hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment which includes a brand new, open plan restaurant where the kitchen team prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire.

The Person
The Successful Sous Chef will have the following:
* Already be an established Sous chef from a high-end restaurant background
* Experience of working with the very best fresh, seasonal, local ingredients
* Be a confident and natural people person who can lead from the front and deliver exceptional food quality
* Passion for great food, drinks and service.
* Experience with multi outlets preferably.
* A background in a busy, fast moving, city centre restaurants is highly desirable.
