Your primary focus will be to form strong relationships with contractors, builders, and developers to understand their equipment needs and to provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities
* Utilize your sales acumen to establish and maintain a robust portfolio of construction equipment clients.
* Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to reach them effectively.
* Represent the company\'s interests at trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
* Analyze market conditions and competitor actions to develop strategic sales plans.
* Generate and present quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
* Collaborate with technical and service teams to provide comprehensive support and solutions to customers.
* Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and new technologies in construction equipment.
Requirements
* 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales, particularly within the construction equipment sector.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives and build long-lasting relationships.
* Strong understanding of construction industry needs and equipment.
* Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proficient in CRM software and capable of managing sales pipelines effectively.
