Building Maintenance Officer
Location: Fully onsite at Moorgate, London (EC2Y 9AL)
Contract: Permanent
35 Hours per week (typically Mon - Fri. Occasional weekend working)
Salary: £34,656 (plus ILW, £3,344, if residing & working in London) per annum

A day in the life of our Building Maintenance Officer will involve
In this busy role you'll manage the PPM planner by scheduling and overseeing service visits. You'll ensure visits happen and reports are received. You'll oversee remedial PPM works, including reviewing reports, surveying, tendering, and supervising contractors. You'll act as the first response to maintenance issues by assessing, isolating, and making areas safe. You'll also carry out general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, decorating, and fixing fixtures and fittings.
