Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a Bristol-based business looking to appoint a Customer Support Representative on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is suited to candidates with prior customer support experience who appreciate a balance of remote and in-office collaboration.
About the Role
The Customer Support Representative will handle a broad range of customer enquiries, support internal teams with case resolution, and contribute to ongoing service improvements through team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer enquiries across email, phone, and chat
* Investigate and resolve customer issues with appropriate follow-up
* Collaborate with internal teams during in-office days to resolve complex cases
* Maintain accurate case records and CRM data after each interaction
* Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to process improvements
* Support new team members through buddying and knowledge sharing
* Follow agreed service standards and response-time expectations
What We're Looking For
* At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or customer support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishConfident handling complex enquiries with empathy and clarity
* Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard support tools
* Ability to work both independently from home and collaboratively in the office
* Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
* Able to attend the Bristol office for agreed hybrid working days
Desirable (Nice to Have)
* Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot Service Hub, or Freshdesk
* Previous exposure to multi-channel customer support environments
