What you can expect as aCall Centre Agent
We needhardworking staff with a cando attitude and who are highlymotivated to earn money and develop themselves in a salesenvironment.
This is a fastpaced role which canbe challenging but is also highly rewarding. We will look to growand develop your skills and youll be responsible for helping thecompany growth this is achieved by generating new leads which willturn into appointments for our sales assessors to visit thecustomer in regard to our energy savingproducts.
Working Hours& PayStructure:
MondayThursday (10am 7pm)
Friday (10am2pm)
Annual salary of 21673 (OTE of30000)
Your role will include thefollowing:
* Generatingnew quality leads and working to weekly / monthlyKPIs
* Maintaining a strong pipeline via outboundcold calling
* Learning new skills in an outboundcold call environment and how to get the best from yourskillset
