Job Description
As part of the service delivery to LG/VMO2, the Facilities Support Manager will be the main point of contact between the building users and IFM focusing on service delivery, customer experience and client liaison across the LG/VMO2 estate. Being the users' point of contact and the employee and guest services interface for all-inclusive tasks will provide a seamless service for the customers but also continually improve the service offering by sharing best practise, building on lessons learnt and connecting the community with our services.
Key Responsibilities
• Observing, monitoring, listening and seeking feedback on the customers' experience and how they connect with our FM services.
• Support the quality and timeliness of or FM service delivery in their allocated business area in line with the agreed SLAs – own the space.
• Ensure all helpdesk calls raised for allocated business area are monitored to conclusion via the relevant service team and the helpdesk.
• Checking and reporting issues and making suggestions for optimising the environment to the benefit of all occupants.
• Liaise with LG/VMO2 key contacts on floors. Building relationships, bridging gaps and working closely with co-dependents to provide an optimal experience for all occupants.
• Manage the reception and cleaning teams on site to ensure that the customers experience a pleasant work environment.
• Liaise with contractors for PPM and reactive work orders raised for the site and ensure these are completed within SLA.
• Any other reasonable Adhoc duties or tasks.
• This is a site based role Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management in a corporate environment
• IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Ability to persuade and influence with all levels of staff in a corporate environment
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships
