The Role
The school is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the administrative team.
The receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors, parents and students. The successful candidate will manage the front desk and ensure that communication across the school runs smoothly.
This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment.
Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors, parents and students to the school in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries
• Maintain visitor records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
• Provide administrative support to staff and senior leaders
• Coordinate deliveries and manage incoming post
• Assist with student attendance and administrative processes
• Maintain organised records and filing systems
• Support the organisation of meetings and school events
• Liaise with staff, parents and external organisations as required
