We’re Secret Linen Store; a B Corp certified, female-founded, online homeware brand, known for our colourful, comfy, and consciously made fabrics. From bed linen to nightwear, our designs are made to last and feel gorgeous. We’re a close-knit team based on the sunny South Coast, where we balance serious business with a good sense of humour.

The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Merchandiser who’s passionate about product performance, loves digging into data, and wants to shape the growth of a purpose-led brand.
You’ll sit at the heart of our trading function, supporting sales, margin and stock targets, collaborating with almost every team, and playing a key role in our Commercial strategy.
You’ll also be managing and developing our brilliant Merchandising Assistant, helping to build a resilient and efficient Merch function.
What You'll Be Doing
Running our weekly & monthly trade reviews – with clear actions and ideas
Managing in-season promotions & intake margins
Collaborating with Product & Warehouse teams to optimise stock levels
Delivering sharp, insightful trading reports to directors and stakeholders
Building strong supplier relationships in the UK & Portugal
Driving process improvements and new ways of working
Using product data to influence future ranges and decisions
Working cross-functionally to help land projects that support our ambitious growth
About You
✔️ You’ve got 3+ years of merchandising experience in fashion or home
✔️ You know your way around Excel – pivot tables, lookups, sumifs and more
✔️ You’re confident analysing sales and stock, and turning data into action
✔️ You’re collaborative, commercially minded and solutions-focused
✔️ You thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
✔️ You want to be part of a business that’s doing good in the world
