Position
There are two fixed‐term posts (31 March 2027 and 31 March 2028) for Project Coordinators on the eRostering Team at University Hospital Crosshouse, Kilmarnock.
Hours
36 hours per week on a 5‑day Monday‑Friday working week.
What You Will Do
* Provide comprehensive support to the Project Manager in all aspects of the implementation of the e‑Rostering solution.
* Assist with project planning, system configuration, system testing, and delivery of training.
* Create appropriate training plans and provide specialist instruction and advice on the implementation of new functionality to clinical and non‑clinical staff.
* Provide support pre‑implementation and post‑implementation to assist services with the adoption of the e‑Rostering software.
Knowledge, Training and/or Experience Required
* Education to HND/Diploma level in a related subject or equivalent experience.
