The Role
Our Customer Service team plays a key role in supporting customers and intermediaries throughout the equity-release journey.
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll deliver a high-quality experience across inbound and outbound communications. You'll support with enquiries, technical questions and post-completion mortgage administration, helping ensure every interaction is handled professionally and in line with agreed standards.
