We are looking for an experienced and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our night team at Thorncliffe House Care Home. This is a permanent night position within a supportive and welcoming environment.
What the role involves:
* Leading the night shift and supporting care staff
* Providing high-quality, person-centred care
* Administering and recording medication
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing overnight
* Ensuring a safe, calm, and comfortable night environment
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience as a Senior Care Assistant
* Is medication trained
* Is caring, reliable, and confident
* Ideally holds NVQ Level 3 (or is working towards it)
