Food Safety Compliance Manager South Derry Area Salary is Negotiable Our client is seeking a Food Safety Compliance Manager to lead and maintain compliance with all food safety, legality, and integrity requirements across the business. The role is responsible for ensuring the site Quality Management System (QMS) remains fully compliant with BRCGS standards, food legislation, and retailer Codes of Practice, while driving continuous improvement and a strong food safety culture The Role: Implementation and maintenance of the site Food Safety & Quality Management System (QMS) Ensuring ongoing compliance with BRCGS, food safety legislation, and customer standards Technical approval, monitoring, and compliance management of raw material and packaging suppliers Coordination and management of internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits Leading and participating in HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP activities Managing food safety risk assessments, corrective actions, and verification activities Supporting retailer and customer technical requirements, submissions, and queries Driving continuous improvement in food safety, quality, and compliance standards Responsible for: Food Safety & Compliance Audit & Inspection Management Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Continuous Improvement & Culture Criteria: Degree in Food Science or Similar Experience in a similar role.
