About the Role
As Chief Truckie, you will lead the logistics, transport, truck presentation, garage build and load management for the Hypercar Programme.
You will manage the trucks, coordinate load-outs, ensure equipment arrives safely and efficiently, and act as the logistical heartbeat of the trackside operation.
Your role directly influences how effectively the team can execute a race weekend.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the transport and logistics operation for the programme.
* Planning load-outs, pack-ups, garage construction and equipment movement.
* Managing the truck fleet: maintenance, inspections, presentation, documentation and compliance.
* Working with Garage Technicians and mechanics during build and tear-down phases.
* Ensuring equipment is organised, secure and safely transported between events.
* Coordinating with the wider team on schedules, travel demands and operational requirements.
* Maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism and appearance across all vehicles.
* Acting as a key operational leader during events, supporting pitlane and garage functions.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in motorsport logistics, race team transport or similar operational environments.
* HGV Class 1 licence (essential).
* HV logistics experience
* Strong organisational capability and situational awareness.
* Ability to lead others, manage pressure and solve problems quickly.
* Pride in presentation, safety and operational excellence.
