Love late nights and a good laugh? Mike does too! He’s looking for a fellow night owl to support him and share the fun along the way.
Contract: 12hrs

Responsibilities
* Support Mike with his evening and overnight routine, offering positive encouragement and helping him make healthy choices.
* Perform basic cooking, light household tasks, and support with personal hygiene, with a focus on encouraging Mike’s involvement and independence.
* Work collaboratively, even when solo, and contribute to a self-directed team culture where ownership and leadership are welcomed.
* Help Mike have a fulfilling and meaningful life, knowing you’ve made a difference as part of the team.
Essential Requirements
* Must be comfortable with lone working, being awake all night, and supporting with personal hygiene.
Ideal Candidate
* Outgoing with a good sense of humour.
* Highly self-motivated and willing to learn and develop within the role.
* Empathetic and understanding towards others; a great communicator for both Mike and the team.
* Creative thinker with the ability to find solutions that work for Mike; have similar interests to Mike.
* Good computer skills.
Shifts
Shifts run from 9pm to 9am, with rotas planned to support a healthy work-life balance.
