The Role
My client is looking for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team, working closely with the Surveying Director.
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
* Supporting the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, and payments
* Monitoring project costs and reporting on cost variations and financial performance
* Supporting the commercial team in contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract terms
Previous experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role in the construction industry is essential.
