Internal Sales Account Manager
Location: Office-Based in Luton
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic + circa 20% commission + excellent benefits

The Role
This office-based position involves managing an existing portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities to drive additional revenue through cross-selling and upselling. Some accounts may not have had regular contact, so your role will be to re-engage and strengthen those relationships.
While the focus will be on account management, you’ll also be expected to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall sales effort.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Reignite lapsed or under-engaged accounts
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell products across the full range
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and support
* Work closely with the wider sales and product teams
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated and organised internal sales professional with a proactive approach to account management. You’ll be confident building rapport over the phone and enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience within the electrical sector is essential—particularly with products such as cables, connectors, cable accessories, lugs, sleeves, and marking systems. You may currently be working for a manufacturer, distributor, or electrical wholesaler in an internal sales or telesales role.
