Job Description
3. Provide expert guidance on tax compliance and advisory matters to clients.
4. Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
5. Assist in managing client relationships and addressing their tax-related queries.
6. Support the team in identifying tax planning opportunities for clients.
7. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and documentation.
8. Stay updated on tax legislation and communicate relevant changes to clients and colleagues.
9. Support the team in managing HMRC enquiries and related correspondence.
10. Contribute to the improvement of internal tax processes and workflows.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Tax Manager should have:
11. A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA).
12. Experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services within the professional services industry.
13. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
