As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Your activities will include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in dining and restroom areas, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
We seek individuals who can work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact, are essential. You should be able to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
