Base pay range
Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager in providing a comprehensive housing management service for a multi-tenure site in Abbey Wood, comprising shared ownership and open market rent properties.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
You will be part of our Home team based in Abbey Wood. The Homes team manages a diverse portfolio of new and existing affordable homes nationwide, including Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership, and Supported housing.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Property Manager to meet targets within the KPI set in the contractual terms for the client, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
* Assist the Estate Manager with all property management duties, including void turnaround, processing renewals, and arranging inventory and check-out appointments.
* Manage tenant repairs, logging all repairs via the reporting system.
* Conduct property inspection visits and pre-checkout visits with tenants as required.
* Assist with tenancy review paperwork and general tenancy administration.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence from residents, manage calls, and provide support as needed.
Key Requirements
* Good understanding of build-to-rent, residential lettings, and the property industry.
* Ability to perform housing management tasks, including voids, sign-ups, estate inspections, and reporting repairs.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent work and diary management skills.
* Proficiency in IT skills.
