Job Title:Sales/Administrator Location: Office-based, Coventry Salary: Starting salary around £24,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pmAbout the Role We are looking for a driven and organised Internal Sales / Sales Administrator to a well-Established leading Manufacturing Company who specialise in Engineered plastics. This role combines internal sales activity with administrative support and offers genuine career progression for the right individual. You will be working with warm and cold leads, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring sales orders are accurately processed on the system. Key Responsibilities Making outbound cold calls to new and existing leads Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales Customer retention and account management Placing and processing sales orders accurately on internal systems Following up quotes and sales opportunities Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day administration Always providing excellent customer serviceSkills & Experience Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or sales administration (preferred but not essential) Confident and professional telephone manner Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working to targets and KPIs Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsWhat We Offer Starting salary around £24,000 per annum Monday to Friday role with early finish on Fridays Office-based role in Coventry Clear progression opportunities — previous employees have progressed to earning £40,000 within a short period Supportive team environment with training provided if you meet the requirements for this role Please apply directly to this advert or alternativley please call us on (phone number removed) / (phone number removed)
