Currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new roleAs a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and providing sound advice to line managers and employees. You will manage a high volume of employee relations cases including long-term sickness, maternity/paternity leave, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances. You’ll be responsible for coordinating Occupational Health appointments, producing offer letters and contracts, maintaining accurate HR systems and employee files, and being the first point of contact for HR-related queries. You’ll also support the HR Business Partner with administrative tasks and reporting, contributing to the delivery of the wider HR plan.
