Key Responsibilities: Lead design and engineering activities Validate calculations, drawings and documentation Approve design work for accuracy and compliance Manage procurement of materials and technical services Produce and review supplier specifications Act as main technical contact for customers and suppliers Run progress meetings and maintain clear reporting Mentor and support engineers and technical staff Track KPIs, performance and resource allocation Support production, site work and commissioning Troubleshoot technical issues during build and aftercare Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance Drive continuous improvement and standardisation About you: If youre a self-motivated mechanical engineer with a degree, commercial acumen, and experience in equipment manufacturing, we want you!
