Job Description:
In this role, you will oversee hotel contracts within the region, taking full responsibility for managing all commercial relationship aspects to ensure the company remains highly competitive.
* Manage key relationships across all levels with external partners, ensuring strong communication and collaboration
* Secure exclusive rates within the hotel portfolio, driving value and competitiveness
* Meet revenue targets by leveraging market knowledge and effective partner engagement
* Serve as the regional hotel expert, maintaining up-to-date, in-depth market insights
* Identify new accounts and suppliers to expand the company’s reach and influence
* Monitor competitiveness and utilisation of contract allocations to maximise performance
* Build and maintain robust relationships, offering regular feedback and fostering long-term partnerships
* Recognise and address new opportunities or potential challenges promptly
* Analyse data to provide actionable recommendations that drive results
* Support training and development efforts, along with other duties as required
* Represent the company at trade shows and events to strengthen brand presence and network
Experience Required:
* FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKER ESSENTIAL
* Comprehensive understanding of hotel distribution networks, channels, and channel management technology
* Demonstrated recent experience in static and BAR hotel contracts specific to the Irish market
* Excellent negotiation skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including hotel owners and general managers
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
* Skilled in data analysis
