We write winning bids for companies across a diverse range of sectors - from accountancy to workwear. We’ve been helping businesses to grow since 2009 and have a large, directly employed bid team split across three divisions: Bid Writing/Management, Bid Resource and Bid Training.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 4, HND, Degree qualified or equivalent.
* At least 2 years’ experience of bid writing in a competitive or business‑winning environment.
* Experience of project management, working under pressure and delivering documents of exceptionally high standard within challenging deadlines.
Skills & Traits
* Thinking creatively and using initiative.
* Excellent written and proofreading communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, writing and submitting creative and persuasive tender responses.
* Building effective working relationships and communicating with clients.
* Supporting the development of bid strategy, including storyboarding, identifying USPs and win themes.
* Completing bid planning documents such as bid summaries, project plans, gap analysis and other documents.
* Researching and summarising markets, competitors and other bid‑related topics.
* Working to the company’s House Style.
