Timetabling and Student Data Officer Ref: 107091 Hours of work: 37 hours per week Weeks: 52 weeks per year Salary: £26,967 to £28,609 per annum Location: Based at Wakefield College but may be required to work at Castleford and Selby Colleges – car user desirable The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group have a great opportunity for a Timetabling and Student Data Officer to join our Management Information and Student Data Services department. This is an administrative role, predominantly supporting teaching staff with their student enrolments, class timetables and registers. You will be: · Maintaining accurate student records on our student records system, ProSolution · Supporting teaching staff to provide timetables and accurate attendance registers · Processing enrolments and room bookings You must hold GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths 9–4 (grade C or above) plus an Advanced Level Qualification.
