THEROLE
We arecurrently looking for a Case Handler to work in a result orientatedqualitycontrolled environment where being able to work with a highlevel of accuracy to prescribed processes and strict deadlines isessential. Youwill be working as part of ahighquality team helping amajor financial service provider as part of a Pensions ReviewProject.
YOU WILL:
* Review data andevidence gathered in line with the scope of the customer complaintto assess suitability/eligibility
* Identifyevidential gaps and request requiredinformation
* Where required liaise with relevant3rd parties viaphone
* Calculate compensation due to eligiblecustomers using prescribe calculation tools in line with processprocedures and COMP rules
* Produce required response and outcomeletter
* Work with aclaims management workflowsystem
* Ensure data protection remains afocus
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLSREQUIRED:
Essential
* Minimum 6 months casehandling experience working Defined Benefit transferclaims
* Experience of dealing with customers in aregulated environment (Pensionspreferable)
* Skilled in applying detailed and documentedprocesses to individual claimscenarios.
* Ability todemonstrate decisionmaking using a holisticapproach
* PC skills (Wordand Excel)
* Strong literacy /numeracy
* Excellent attention to detail andaccuracy
* Ability to work to demanding deadlines(workflow & timemanagement)
* Ability to attain and maintain specifiedquality and production targets
* Ability to work independently & aspart of a rapidly changing team
* Demonstrate an ability to work with honestyintegrity and trustworthiness
* Maintain high standards of professionalismand competence
