This position combines Reception and Treatment Coordination, meaning you will play a key role in both patient care and practice growth.
As a Treatment Coordinator (TCO), you will:
* Guide patients through their treatment journey
* Explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
* Support patients in understanding costs and finance options
* Help convert treatment plans into booked appointments
* Build trust, reassure patients, and improve their overall experience
* Work closely with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care
As a Receptionist, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for patients in person and on the phone
* Manage appointment bookings, enquiries, and patient records
* Ensure the front desk runs efficiently and professionally
* Support daily operations and maintain excellent patient service
* Deliver outstanding front-desk and telephone service
* Coordinate private treatment plans and patient follow-ups
* Present finance options in a professional, patient‑friendly way
* Work closely with dentists and clinical teams
* Support digital marketing and promote practice services
* Maintain high standards of organisation and patient care
Qualifications
* Dental background essential (reception, nursing, or dental practice experience)
* Previous dental reception or TCO experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident discussing treatment and finances
* Highly organised, adaptable, and patient‑focused
