Full time Receptionist
* Hours: 40 hours per week (shift pattern)
* Alternative option: 32 hours across a 4‑day week considered
* Weekends: 1 in 4 full weekends, with days back in lieu
* Salary: From £12.21 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Receptionist who can bring warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to our front desk. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners.
What you'll be doing:
* Greeting clients with a friendly, confident approach
* Managing appointments and supporting the clinical team
* Handling enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
* Keeping the reception area running smoothly
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client care
We're looking for someone who:
* Is organised, calm, and great with people
* Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment
* Has strong communication and multitasking skills
* Works well as part of a team
* Brings a positive, can‑do attitude
