Key Responsibilities:What Youll Do:
* Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes tailored to each couples special day.
* Collaborate on the development of new, seasonal, and bespoke wedding menus that elevate the guest experience.
* Assist in managing kitchen operations during busy wedding services and private events.
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety are consistently maintained.
* Play a hands-on role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
* Take part in the exciting journey of our venues growth and expansion, contributing ideas, energy, and leadership as we scale.
What Were Looking For:
* A passionate, experienced chef with a love for creating memorable dining experiences.
* Strong background in event or banqueting catering, ideally within weddings or hospitality venues.
* A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
