Duomo UK Ltd based in Droitwich an opportunity for a Sales Engineer/Administrator to join their team Our ideal candidate would be a self-motivated and proactive person with experience in a customer facing position. Typically within controls, distribution or an M&E contractor. An individual who can develop into an integral part of our team and develop their career. Duomo operate within gas industry related products which include fixed gas detection, air quality, kitchen/lab interlock systems and combustion systems. The Role: Sales Administrator role responsibilities will include: - Office based from our Droitwich offices. - Reporting to the Sales Director - Managing and developing customer accounts - Responding to Customer enquiries and producing system proposals - Follow up quotes - Maintain documentation including CRM database - Provide Support to manufacturing staff, sales staff, contractors and customers as requested. - Exhibition planning and support - Preparation of manuals and information documents The Sales Administrator is required to perform well under pressure and will handle a variety of responsibilities. The ideal Sales Administrator will possess: - Proactive approach to dealing with customers, following up quotes and proposals - Experience of CRM - Sage50 Accounts - Microsoft applications Remuneration includes: - Basic Salary will depend on experience - Contributory Pension - 23 Days annual leave - 35 hours p/w ADZN1_UKTJ
