Main duties of the job

You will based in the Bradford Plastics hand unit at BRI and weare looking for theatre practitioners with scrub, anaesthetic and recovery skills.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they are motivated, able to work on their own initiative, are a team player with the ability to prioritise workload to provide a safe and effective service for our patients.

Person Specification


Knowledge

* Show some awareness of theatre speciality.
* Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality


Skills

* Can demonstrate a contribution towards providing a positive learning environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal skills.


Experience

* Can demonstrate a high standard of clinical practice in relation to theatre setting
* Previous theatre experience


Qualifications

* Registered ODP or RGN (or on a programme of education leading to registration)
* Teaching / assessing qualification


Other Requirements

* Able to work flexibly within contracted hours including night duty and on-call/standby.
