The Essentials:
* Exp: Minimum 3 years in Java & Spring Boot.
* Stack: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Ops: Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
The Role:
* Design & scale enterprise APIs and backend services.
* Lead cloud-native deployments and database optimizations.
* Mentor peers and drive continuous technical improvement.
