Graduate HSE Advisor in Dungannon
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 39.75 per week
Salary: £28000-£33000
The Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate HSE Advisor to join a growing and dynamic environment. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support the Health, Safety & Environmental function through a mix of practical and administrative responsibilities, gaining valuable hands‑on experience across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support incident management, accident reporting, and HSE KPIs
* Assist with incident investigations and confidential reporting
* Maintain and update HSE data management systems
* Work closely with site teams across production, logistics, and leadership
* Attend site meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
* Coordinate HSE training and maintain training records
* Support general site administration related to HSE
* Process purchase orders and assist with invoice queries
* Coordinate occupational health assessments and site visits
About You
Essential:
* Degree (2:2 or above) in Environmental Health or related discipline (or due to graduate)
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
* Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Good organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
* Experience with risk assessments or incident investigations
* IOSH qualification (or working towards)
* Familiarity with ERP or data management systems
