The role
* Provide support to fee earners on Wills, Probate, and Lasting Power of Attorney matters
* Assist in preparing estate accounts, letters of administration, and other key legal documents
* Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and external organisations in a professional and compassionate manner
* Carry out legal research and draft correspondence under supervision
* Manage file administration, compliance checks, and billing tasks

* Prior experience in a private client department
