Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of smoke control systems, including:
* Stairwell pressurisation systems
* Smoke exhaust and makeup air systems
* Atrium smoke control systems
* Car park smoke ventilation systems
Conduct periodic functional testing in accordance with approved smoke control rational analysis, IBC, NFPA 92, and local fire codes.
Verify operation of:
* Smoke control fans, dampers, actuators, and sensors
* Fire/smoke dampers and motorized control dampers
* Control panels, VFDs, and power supplies
