Primary Teaching Assistant
Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Westminster, who are looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play an active role in supporting learning and development in the classroom.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils across the classroom, helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
Your role will include supporting small group activities, assisting pupils who need extra help with their learning and helping to keep the classroom running smoothly throughout the school day.
You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative team, helping pupils build confidence, stay engaged with their learning and celebrate progress along the way.

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence supporting learning activities and classroom routines
