Dumper & Roller Driver / Groundworker

Barker Ross is looking for a reliable and hard-working operative for a residential project in Chelmsford.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating Forward Tipping Dumpers and Ride-on Rollers as needed.
* Working on the ground assisting with internal and external drainage.
* Assisting with plot work, pipe laying, and general groundworks.
* Working closely with 360 Operators to ensure site efficiency.
Requirements
* Tickets: Valid CPCS or NPORS (must have CSCS logo) for Dumper and Roller.
* Experience: Proven experience on groundworks sites, specifically around drainage and plots.
* Attitude: A proactive approach–happy to be on the ground or on the machine depending on site requirements.
* References: Must provide a recent work reference.
