The excitement around the brand is real and will realise an exit in the next 3 - 5 years. We are looking for their first Head of Ecommerce to join the new leadership team, build a team and own the end-to-end site. This is a commercial strategic role but also very much someone who would enjoy the entrepreneurial hands-on accountability.
Role:
* Own and take accountability for the numbers
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategy
* Work with paid media agencies to drive and scale growth within defined targets
* Responsible for online and subscription growth across the UK and Globally
* Own the customer acquisition and retention KPIs and know how to deliver these
* Obsess about hitting target revenue, AOV & the conversion rate
* Responsible for creating a seamless customer experience
* Lead, grow and manage a newly formed Ecom team, including CRM Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.
* Execute non-paid channel initiatives across loyalty and referral.
* Continually improve technical SEO, using external expertise
* Ownership of promotional strategies and integration with Marketing Content Calendar.
* Project Manage the global expansion plans
About you?

* Experienced broad end to end Head of Ecommerce.
* Track record in growing a d2c scale-up brand ideally with subscription experience
* Experienced working in a PE and founder-led business
* Highly commercial, analytical and an ability to utilise a data-led approach for customer segmentation and user experience optimisation.
* Experience in growing new Global markets.
* Brings passion, and energy to a fast-paced environment
* Very entrepreneurial with an obsession of driving performance online creating seamless journeys
* Proven ability in leading, motivating, and nurturing high-performing teams.
