About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take on management and leadership responsibilities within Idox plc. As the Marketing Lead for our Community Solutions, you will drive strategic positioning and demand generation for software products and services that deliver social value and support public services.
We seek a dynamic marketing professional with expertise in demand generation, pipeline development, and digital marketing, especially within the public sector.
You will oversee a team, providing leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals. Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand and build a high-quality pipeline
2. Leading and managing the Marketing Executive, Account Support Manager, and overseeing the Account Executive Team
3. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance market positioning and visibility
Our Community Solutions division offers products supporting social care, health, electoral services, and funding intelligence, including:
* Social Care & SEND: EHC Hub, Directories solution
* Health: Lilie platform
* Electoral Services: EROS, PVMS
* Content Business: GrantFinder, TKE, ResearchConnect
Key responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
* Oversee performance metrics and marketing budget
* Partner with Product and Sales teams to align strategies and develop sales enablement materials
* Support strategic selling approaches
* Coordinate with PR and Digital Marketing teams for messaging, thought leadership, and media opportunities
* Engage with other Senior Marketing Managers for cross-divisional strategies
* Develop and execute events and content marketing strategies
* Implement B2B demand generation campaigns using data-driven tactics
* Optimize marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Hubspot
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B demand generation, strategic marketing, and event management, ideally in SaaS or technology
* Track record of developing data-driven marketing strategies that generate leads and revenue
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
* Proactive, adaptable, and innovative mindset
* Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
