We have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished User Experience (UX) Designer to help us put user-centred design at the heart of how we work, ensuring our digital and omnichannel services consistently meet the needs of members and colleagues. Role Responsibility
1. Help us embed and grow our UX design capability – setting standards, processes, and culture
2. Design national and global end-to-end omnichannel and digital experiences that truly meet member and colleague needs
3. Collaborate across the organisation – and externally – to ideate, prototype, test and improve our services
4. Design and support UX research via our panel of members
5. Design and run cross-functional workshops to establish user needs and find the best ways to meet them
6. Create engaging visualisations to drive a common understanding of as-is and to-be services from both an internal and external perspective
7. Drive brand-aligned UI consistency across our digital services
8. Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to make the best use of technology and to optimise business processes
9. Use data and research to design efficient UX solutions to key business problems
10. Influence at senior levels and advocate for user-centred design and Design Thinking across the organisation
The Ideal Candidate
You will thrive in this role if you:
11. Bring significant all-round experience designing complex omnichannel digital/telephony services or products
12. Have a strong portfolio demonstrating research-led, user-centred design
13. Are used to demonstrating the value of UX/UI design
14. Feel confident setting up tools, workflows, and frameworks from scratch
15. Are a clear communicator who can engage stakeholders and bring them on the journey
16. Are familiar with contact centre operations and working with operational teams
17. Have experience of working in a regulated environment
18. Have a track record of mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues
