Location: Covering bases across Derbyshire, including Derby, Chesterfield, and Ilkeston, with 9 other peripheral bases operating at weekends.
Working Patterns: Bank Contract, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, covering evenings, overnights, and weekends (minimum requirement on x2 shifts per month).
Competitive salary: DHU Band 8b.0, £62,484 per annum (pro rata) with a 30% evening enhancement, and 45% weekend enhancement.

Job responsibilities
What your typical day looks like:
* Providing independent, advanced clinical care for patients aged 12 weeks and older, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals.
* Performing and interpreting diagnostic investigations, identifying when specialist input is needed.
* Engaging clearly and confidently with patients and carers to support informed decision-making.
* Collaborating within a multi-professional team while maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
* Prescribing medications within non-medical prescribing guidelines and ensuring safe discharge or appropriate referrals.
To be a successful Advanced Practitioner you'll need:
* Registered and practicing with a recognized professional body.
* Registered as a non-medical prescriber.
* Completed at least two Level 7 modules, including Minor Illness & Minor Injury.
* Ability to work autonomously within multi-professional teams.
* Skilled in assessing and managing complex conditions in both adults and children.
