Warehouse Technician Assistant
Location: Redhill
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Support:
Support stock movement, deliveries, and dispatch.
Book in/out stock accurately using internal systems.
Local deliveries using company vehicle.
Assist with stock transfers and stocktaking.
Maintain a clean, secure warehouse environment.
Help with general facilities tasks as required.Technician Support:
Respond to basic customer technical queries.
Inspect, test, and repair products (on-site or off-site).
Write procedures and test/demo new products.
Update systems with product bundles and service notes.
Test lithium-ion batteries.Requirements:
Physically able to lift 20-25kg to 1.6m.
Basic mechanical/technical skills (e.g., bike or small appliance repair).
Understanding of simple electrics (e.g., lawnmowers).
Basic IT and Excel skills; CRM system experience.
Full, clean driving licence.Please note: Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
