We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
* Handle basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks as required
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
* Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to type accurately at a good speed
* Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is advantageous
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
