How you’ll make an impact
* Develop a solid, trusting and professional relationship with our video clients and Interpreters
* Provide technical and other support to Interpreters and clients
* Organise resource to deliver our on-demand service effectively and efficiently
* Experience in reporting software and informative client MI reporting
* Client and contract management
* Respond in a timely manner to requests for support from various simultaneous communication channels
* Review and reporting service utilisation to plan for resource requirements
* Understand and meet the diverse needs of our clients and Interpreters
* Contribute towards platform development
* Implementation and set up of Interpreterslive! Clients
Qualifications
Experience you’ll bring
* Previous experience in an operational role
* Willingness to be office based in Redditch
* British Sign Language skills to support Deaf customers
* Understanding of the platform to provide basic customer and interpreter support
* Excellent communication skills whist maintaining professional boundaries
* Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
* Team player
* Strong problem solving capabilities
* Experience of Power BI and excel
* Resilience in fast paced environment

* Salary dependant on experience up to 24k
* 37.5 hour week Monday - Friday
