Bar Staff – Falcon, High Wycombe
Salary: £12.81 per hour. Hours: 15 hours per week, flexible shifts.
We welcome fun, enthusiastic, passionate people – no experience required. Your role is to serve drinks and food, maintain cleanliness, safety, and customer service while working efficiently with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to correct specifications.
- Deliver food, complete check‑backs, clear plates within required timeframe.
- Provide friendly customer interactions, say hello, thank customers and build rapport.
- Stay knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
- Maintain "clean as you go" standards – clear tables, wipe surfaces and carry out toilet checks.
- Work in all areas including glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing as needed.
