We’re looking for a reliable and practically minded Warehouse Operative to join our team in Farnham. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with great long-term opportunities for development and progression. The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, working with equipment and systems, and playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a good technical mindset. Key responsibilities Carry out general warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods Operate warehouse systems and equipment safely and efficiently Help with the setup, testing and maintenance of technical equipment (full training provided) Keep accurate records of stock and inventory Maintain a clean and organised workspace Support other departments when needed Requirements Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided Technically minded and comfortable learning new systems or equipment Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team Must have access to your own vehicle due to the location and shift times Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks How to apply If you’re looking for a hands-on role with real opportunities to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
