This Benelux Business Development Manager within Renewable Energy Storage is a hugely exciting role that supports our award winning clients further expansion into European markets and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to their mission and continued growth. As the BDM for the Benelux region, you will play a key role in managing and growing the customer base, forging strategic partnerships and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with the UK-based core sales team to achieve these objectives and also in European Partnering business too.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to expand the customer base.

Maintain and analyse CRM/Sales tracker to identify trends and sales patterns.

Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
*
Deliver product demonstrations and proposals addressing specific energy storage needs.
*
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers across Europe.
*
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.

Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
*
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including renewable energy project developers, utilities and government agencies.
*
Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, boost sales growth and increase brand awareness.
*
Attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to build relationships and identify partnership opportunities.
*
Stay current with industry trends, market developments and regulatory changes in renewable energy storage systems.
*
Provide valuable market intelligence and insights to internal teams to guide product development and enhance competitive positioning.
Preferred Ideal Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, especially energy storage systems and their

applications.
*
Fluency in English and Flemish; knowledge of French and other EU languages is a plus.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Proactive and self-driven with strong organizational skills.
*
Self motivated and high achieving desire.

Exceptional negotiation and reporting skills.

Salary :- c£60k + Bonus, Car Allowance & further good Benefits
