Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage both the Bar and Breakfast teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. Oversee the Motel One Lounge, providing top-tier hospitality and service, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain and execute the Motel One service concept, delivering “One Smile” every time for all guests. Manage stock, control inventory, and track costs to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards. Motivate, train, and develop your team to ensure excellent performance and growth within the department. Enforce health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and streamline operations. Analyze sales data and guest feedback to refine offerings and improve service. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services. Organize staff schedules, duty rosters, and manage holiday planning effectively. Ensure seamless and fast service during busy periods, always leading by example.
