Temporary Administrative Opportunity - Immediate Start

We're currently recruiting for a temporary Administrative role with the Education Authority (EA), based in Armagh. This is a great opportunity for someone available to start immediately and looking to gain valuable experience within a public sector organisation.
The Role
This position involves providing administrative support across day-to-day operations, working closely with education authorities in the local district. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of administrative tasks.
Working Hours (30 hours per week)
* 30 hours per week, worked over 5 days
* Exact daily hours to be confirmed
Contract Details
* Temporary role, currently until September 2026
* Possibility of extension depending on business needs
Location
* Armagh
* Initially fully onsite for training
* Hybrid working available once training has been successfully completed (training typically takes 3-4 weeks)
We're looking for candidates who:
* Can start immediately
* Are comfortable with a temporary role
* Have strong communication skills
* Possess good administrative and organisational abilities
* Ideally have previous experience using Oracle systems
* Have previous admin experience (public sector experience is beneficial)
