Role Overview
This role focuses on the delivery and contract management elements of the regeneration programme. You will lead a number of major projects while also providing specialist advice across the wider programme.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery and contract management of regeneration projects.
* Lead major projects within the regeneration programme.
* Provide specialist advice across the wider programme.
* Manage procurement and oversee large, complex capital construction projects.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced strategic thinker and natural leader.
* Extensive experience managing complex, long-term development projects.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance different demands of property development in a local government setting.
* Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners.
* Experience across a range of workplace environments, preferably in both public and private sectors.
* Commercial focus and understanding of the balance required between local government property development.
